The Friends of Happy Retreat Craft Beer and Music Festival features music all day from touring bands as well as samples from multiple brewers of the best craft beer available in the State of West Virginia.
All proceeds from the event will go to Friends of Happy Retreat which is a 501(c)3 non‐profit whose mission is to restore historic Happy Retreat to serve as a vibrant center of cultural life and community gatherings.

ADDITIONAL BEER TASTING TICKETS
The price of a general admission ticket (age 21 and over) includes a 6.5 oz. tasting glass and 8 free tasting tickets. Additional tasting tickets may be purchased.
FOOD & BEVERAGES
No coolers, food or beverages may be brought into the festival except bottled water. Guests may bring their own bottled water. Bottled water and soda will also be available for sale at the festival.
NO PETS
No pets will be allowed, other than service dogs.
LAWN CHAIRS
Guests may bring their own lawn chairs or blankets. No tents or umbrellas are allowed. The area directly in front of the music stage is shaded by trees. There will be a large tent with chairs and tables for guests to sit, eat and to drink beer while they are listening to the music.
PARKING
General parking is available at the site.
In addition, on-street parking is available on nearby streets except that parking may be limited on Mordington Avenue due to safety concerns.
HANDICAP PARKING
Handicap parking will be available in the parking lot at Happy Retreat near the entrance gate. Guests needing handicap parking will be directed to those spaces by the parking attendants.
HOUSE TOURS
The historic Happy Retreat house will be open to visitors during the festival. Due to ongoing restoration work, tours will be limited to portions of the first floor. The second floor will not be open to the public.
CHILDREN
Children are welcome! This year we will have face painting, bubble blowing with a refill station, and several sets of cornhole boards! Children 12 years and under will be admitted at no charge. The price of admission for ages 13 through 20 is $20.
General Terms
Bring valid, state-issued form of identification. All IDs will be checked at the gate. This guideline cannot be bent in any way shape or form.
Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final, unless the event is canceled. Ticket Tailor’s fee is nonrefundable.

Age Restriction
All ages are allowed, but 21+ to consume alcohol. IDs will be checked and corresponding wristbands will be placed on wrists depending on age.
