This is Suzanne, one of Jefferson Arts Council several artists featured this weekend at Happy Retreat, 600 Mordington Ave. Charles Town, WV. Please stop by for their first time “Art Heist Event” at Happy Retreat, They will feature different kinds of Art, a Silent Auction, Sales and Light Refreshments and more.
