The project includes the installation of new interior and exterior electrical systems in the Happy Retreat Mansion, and the extension of underground electrical service to two outbuildings and three additional exterior locations in the front and back yards. The work will include replacement of the existing electrical wiring in the house and the replacement or upgrade of all outlets and wall switches. The electrical system will be upgraded serve a new HVAC heat pump system that will require at least three zones controlled independently. The system will also serve a catering kitchen. The project site has electrical panel boards that have already been updated.
